Virtual Sex Therapy & Relationship Counselling in Ottawa
I offer compassionate, trauma-informed sex therapy and relationship counselling for individuals and couples in Ottawa and across Ontario. Together, we can explore concerns related to sexuality, intimacy, sexual shame, anxiety, trauma, painful sex, desire differences, and relationship disconnection in a space that is safe, collaborative, and judgement-free.
I also support couples navigating intimacy challenges, communication struggles, emotional disconnection, and the process of rebuilding closeness, trust, touch, and emotional and physical connection in their relationship.
You may have arrived here feeling frightened, ashamed, overwhelmed, or like you are the only one struggling with these concerns. The good news? You are not alone.
I provide compassionate, trauma-informed sex therapy and relationship counselling for individuals and couples in Ottawa and across Ontario and British Columbia. Together, we can explore concerns related to intimacy, sexuality, sexual shame, anxiety, trauma, painful sex, erectile difficulties, orgasm concerns, and relationship disconnection in a space that is warm, collaborative, and judgement-free.
I work with individuals and couples navigating concerns related to:
Sexual shame and anxiety
Religious shame, purity culture, and sexuality
Intimacy and emotional disconnection
Desire discrepancy in relationships
Difficulty orgasming and sexual pleasure concerns
Sexual pain and discomfort
Erectile difficulties
Early or delayed ejaculation
Panic, anxiety, and intimacy concerns
Trauma and its impact on sexuality and relationships
Sex and pornography-related concerns (including compulsive patterns)
You are not alone.
Many people wait years before seeking sex therapy, holding onto the weight of their struggles alone. Sex therapy offers a space where these conversations can happen without judgment, shame, or pressure.
No one should have to go it alone.
It is rare to find a space to discuss sex, never mind seeking support around sexual concerns. I began offering sex therapy as a means to create space to talk without worry about judgement or being blamed/shamed.
I offer a de-stigmatizing and validating experience to help you feel supported while navigating the stickier and scarier parts of life. I seek to aid our innermost selves in feeling seen, understood, and unstuck. I support and normalise through psychoeducation, specialized training, and a deep well of compassion and empathy.
I ground my work in emotion-focused and trauma-informed care that allows us to slow down and feel the emotions we often ignore in our fast-paced society. Don’t suffer alone: let's address shame and silence and move forward with greater confidence and capacity.
